FSI is led by it’s Founder and President/CEO, Ms. Chiquita R. Young. Ms. Young was the founder and former owner of LeGacy Resource Corporation which she grew from a one-person company to one of the fastest growing privately-held corporations in the nation according to Inc. Magazine. LeGacy debuted on the Inc. 500 in 2008 and ranked as no. 57 overall and no. 2 in the nation among women-owned businesses. Her vast career experience includes more than a decade as a federal contracting officer and more than 15 years of experience in supporting public and private sector clients earning performance ratings of "Excellent-Outstanding" on 100% of customer contracts.
